Basic food for larger cichlids
sera Cichlids Sticks Nature is the staple food without dyes or preservatives from carefully manufactured sticks for larger, omnivorous cichlids – including many South American species – and other large fish.
The sticks are particularly tasty due to the high content of optimally usable protein from sustainable fish and insect meal as well as omega fatty acids. The balanced diet promotes the vitality and healthy development of the fish. The floating sticks are dimensionally stable and do not pollute the water.

This product is part of the “sera Nature” product line, which does not contain any colorings or preservatives. The colors of the different types of food are due to the natural ingredients. A varied diet with natural ingredients is the best protection against deficiency symptoms and supports health and vitality of the fish. For this reason, the Nature food contains natural ingredients such as spirulina, krill or sustainable insect flour from the larvae of the soldier fly (Hermetia). The signets on the front of the packaging indicate these ingredients and their proportion in the food.
Feeding recommendation
Feed once or twice daily, only as much as the animals take up within a short time.
